Questions, bug reports, privacy requests or feedback about the HEIC to JPG converter — send them over and we'll get back to you. Because the tool stores nothing, we won't have a copy of any file you converted, so please describe the problem in your message.

Before you write

Many questions are already answered on the FAQ — including whether your photos are uploaded (they aren't), how to convert on an iPhone, and why a file might fail to convert. If a specific photo won't convert, telling us your device and browser helps us reproduce it.
